Ingredients
Pancake Batter mix (Buckwheat…Rocks)
Spanish onions (fine julienne slices)
Monterey Steak Seasoning (optional…can be S&P only)
Toss julienne onion in dry mix…deep fry 350 part olive/grape seed…til golden…Create drying station with cookie cooling rack and paper towels:)

Want to stick to the staples with flare…
Skewer mini hamburgers and hotdogs with potato cubes (sweet and yukon)…
BBQ and serve on hoagie rolls or Ciabatta bread…
Replace Strawberries for tomatoes in any of your favorite salsa recipes…serve with blue corn chips…delightfully sweet and savory…
Don’t forget the brew…Try Lambic (cherry infused belgium brew)
Can’t find it…make a version of your own…use Grenedine to color and flavor your favorite lite brew…
