Lindsay Cohen was born on February 12, 1985 in Atlanta, Georgia but moved to South Florida at the age of 2 years old. After growing up in Delray Beach and Boca Raton, she went to Tufts University in Massachusetts. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2007 with a Bachelors in English and Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies, and returned home to the sunshine state to figure out her next step. While in college, Lindsay studied abroad in Florence, Italy and developed an appreciation for art and travel. She also became a vegetarian during college, and 2 years later became a full vegan. Her love for practicing yoga led to her meeting Ursula and discovering the Cupcake Chef ’s wonderful vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free delights! Upon tasting the scrumptious and beautifully baked goodies, Lindsay was eager to join the team to promote and further develop the unique products! She is excited to reach a niche market and help assist with the company’s mission of “saving the world one cupcake at a time!”
