As for the silly staff questionaires…well they are for me to create surprises later:)  And so we can all know one another better…so here is mine:)  Stay Tuned to the posts this week for the anouncement and pics of the newest line of cakes…Inspired by Alice in Wonderland…my favorite always…but honestly I watch anything starring Johnny(melt)!!!

Pancake Batter mix (Buckwheat…Rocks)

Spanish onions (fine julienne slices)

Monterey Steak Seasoning (optional…can be S&P only)

Toss julienne onion in dry mix…deep fry 350 part olive/grape seed…til golden…Create drying station with cookie  cooling rack and paper towels:)
